The crit: 24th Oct 2012

The crit was today, I feel like the whole morning I had a bit of mixed feedback. I feel like for half of the crit I needed to explain my work and what I was doing ans where I as up to. And the other time I felt that people didn't understand what I wanted to create... because I wrote it all on my blog, I have a lot of posts to look through. I also saw a lot of people spend a lot of time staring at my taxidermy research, which was nice to see people interested... but it took them a while.
I would have much preferred to be given a couple of minutes to talk through my work then people could crit it.
