Brief nine: Explain something to the UK from another culture. FOOD

Help the UK cook traditional chinese food.

Inspired by this ISTD brief 2011:

Problem:
Chinese people in the UK are stereotyped as Sweet and Sour chicken.

Solution:
Method of delivery:
Advertised around Leeds city centre, near the college. 
Advertised on a website.

Handed out printed material for course participants.

The product:
Advertising a cooking class for all abilities at Leeds city college.

Creating all the branding and printed media.

The range:
Advertisement: 
a1 posters to promote. time, date, place, price, website, based on photography of ingredients and chinese symbols.

Printed media: 
recipe postcards, one for each session (9 sessions) bound together at the end to make a booklet.
recipe on: t-towels, apron, 
chinese and english versions.

Distribution / the context:
handed out at sessions.
used within the cooking environment
