view ... gamut warning - shows the colours that cant be printed.
Image ... adjustments ... replace colour.
view ... proof colours. makes it duller. working in rgb. the preview is how it will look when its converted into CMYK. not going to see any unprintable colours.
Window ... swatches ... pallette.
delete a swatch. press alt and click. little scoissors
